Hey Heath! Did you put your bracing on for the serpentine setup? I can't see it in any of your pics. We're running into some trouble with our alternator bat post hitting our valve cover. Wondering if you had similar issues and how you handled if so.

Thanks, Heath! No problem on the delay. Have you heard about any problems with not using the brace? I read somewhere it may cause bearing issues long term but not sure how true that is. Seems like the brackets are pretty sturdy and supportive.

I think our valve covers are normal height. Not sure how to tell.

I have not heard of any issues not running the brace. I have seen alot of cars/trucks with the serp setup and not running the brace...

David, I have just been keeping the Mustang running, and driving back and forth to cowtown since it gets better gas mileage than my 4x4 :)

Hey Heath....sound like things are going good for the truck and the 'stang!!!:metal:

with the emails....goto the "USER CP" click on "edit options" along the left side, and goto this option (Default Thread Subscription Mode) and using the pull down menu, make sure it's set to "Instant email notification"

That should work for ya:D Let me know if it doesn't, and I'll have admin take a look....

Geoff, it's going well. Will have a mechanic do the once over to make sure the timing etc. is spot on. we still need to mount the ebrake cover using your measurements/pics you provided. Son still has a Big @$$ grin when he drives it so that makes me happy!

I checked the setting on the site and its set correctly. I'll double check my email account....
