I noticed it has a high hump tranny cover, does that mean it was originally a 4 speed?

Looks that way. looks like the shifter hole has been welded closed.

This one didn't last long. Clicked on the link this morning to get the phone number and as was already deleted. I guess my search continues.

I can't believe that no one has picked this one up yet. Looks like a great start and a decent buy to me....

Yep, that would be me. If I had walked by that area of the swap meet 10 minutes earlier it wouldn't have been out of the enclosed trailer yet, 10 minutes later and it would have been sold already. I still can't believe my luck! Not sure I want to say how much I paid, y'all might come after me with pitchforks cause I STOLE IT!

I can attest that this one is a true gem! Probably the nicest original paint Blazer I've ever seen! I'm glad that Steven found it first, and I will get to see it evolve (and ride in it occasionally).

I have had a pic of this truck on my wall for years. One of my all time favorites. $22,500 doesn't seem like a bad price at all. Considering the amount of fabrication it would take to build.

I agree, fair price for sure as long as the workmanship is sound.

I'm pretty sure that this one was built by a shop, they punched out a few built just like this. I remember seeing their site years ago but for the life of me I can't remember what it was called.
