Way to go ... body looks good given your location. What's the new version plan?

Bought this last July with a broken crank, replaced the Chinese fenders (first pic) with NOS and took it in for paint yesterday. My plan is to drive this summer and map out plans for interior and suspension work next winter.

I'm new to the forum, here's my 75 Jimmy. I plan on dropping it a few inches, it has too much altitude and not enough attitude!

Yes it gets up and moves pretty good. It's got a 454 with an RV cam and 3.73 posi. My wife really likes the truck, but I'm thinking about selling it. Here's a couple interior shots.

Sweet 2x Jimmy! :metal: I have thought about trading mine for a 2 wheel as I can't seem to stay away from my 4x4 GMC Envoy when it come to hunting, cruising the desert -in this AZ heat A/C comes in handy.... Maybe with a 2x i'll cruise it more in town. lol

What wheel and tire combo are you running? That's a great looking truck.

Is that a factory 2wd? Did they all come with leaf spring rear suspension?

I used to live on SI... Lincoln Ave in Midland Beach, three blocks from Fr. Capodanno

2 and 4wd all had leaf springs.. The biggest difference was the front shackles.. The 4wd had longer front shackles where the 2wd had ones that were closer to the bottom of the frame
