He sent me his only pictures he had of it......very cool pics tho...

You can see here is where he frenched firebird marker lights in front and rear.... Shaved C10 fender emblems, mirrors, and had it in primer.

Me as a lil tyke in the foreground.....on a trip up to the lake.

I know I have a few more somewhere...gotta dig a lil.

Well, I recently picked up my second Highlander and the amazing thing about it... it was sitting just 2 miles from my home. As I said, this is my second Highlander, and both have been found right here in my home town of Holden, MO.
This Highlander was purchased from the 2nd owner, and is completely original with only 74,000 original miles. It had not been started in 8 years, but I was able to get it running and driving in less than a half hour after getting it home. I am in the process of polishing out the original paint, and gathering up the necessary pieces of trim that are currently missing. This is a YG8 Avocado Highlander.

With the moldings reattached and the paint buffed up that will be a real sweet Highlander.

This one is on EBay now and looks pretty original except I think a repaint. No Spid but all indications point to a YG8 Package "C" Highlander that had the plaid inserts redone at one time. If the bottom of the truck looked as good as the top it'd be great. Lots of pics in the ad. Ilike the rear bumper with the blak strip that kinda continues the lower side molding.

Another nice find!....that is a good looking and pretty original truck by all accounts, definitely a nice way to find them....as well as a great color (lol).
With a nice white inset and cab roof and some underhood detailing that truck would be a real winner.

Good one to watch to see where it gets to in the bidding....maybe $11k? who knows...

I just picked up this one a few days ago. Package C. It's an original paint, rust free truck. Bought new in Tucson Arizona and spent its whole like there until this week. Big block too.

Ever seen this on a frame before? The blue door sticker says it was built in May

Very nice one Joe, congrats - and a big block too! I haven't ever seen a frame stamp like that either.
