The Super Street class was/is restricted to a 10.5 (designated) tire. There is a 10.5W tire, which is 11.3 inches wide, which is the largest that Nick would be allowed to run. I can fit a 13.5 inch wide tire on a 10 inch wide wheel on my Chevelle. I had to move the frame rails but the body is untouched on my car. Heck - I can put a P275/60R15 (LR60-15) on the front of my car. K |
Re: Are sleepers still a thing?
Later cars were designed to accept larger tires . It was the style ,in the 60s they gave ya enough room for f78s and maybe chains .
Really like your car |

You notice the amount of front end lift when he poked it a little?

Re: Are sleepers still a thing?
Or how it jumped into the other lane when he nailed it. Those Subaru’s are pretty nasty when they are built like that. I’ve seen a few heavily modded wrx’s that will easily keep pace with demons and other cars of that power level. Awd helps a ton there. I bet that is a wild ride. I laughed when he panicked when she got on it a little bit. We’ve all been there once or twice I’m sure:lol:
