I was gonna ask about them. Look alot nicer than just camper style. Also hope you guys dont think i mixed the trucks up that was my attempt at complimenting two trucks at once.

Thought it might be. Thanks! Did you notch the rear?

BigCountryx 12-11-2013 03:05 PM

Re: Post you patina trucks!!!!!! Real or fake post your weathered beauties!

No, but I've got the notch if needed. As of yet it has only slightly bumped the snubbed a couple times out back. I'm not in a big hurry to install them. I've got some 2" blocks I'm considering installing. Notches mandatory at that point.

I'm not sure if this qualifies for this thread, but I found this while looking at some Craftsman tools, on the top it looks like a '70 with a dent on the hood and grill!

I am very familiar with the mob steel wheels, I even spoke with those guys about building a set of dually wheels for me. The GM transport wheels only come in 22" and 6 lug.

Thats sad i got lil ol' 5 lugs. :-(
Going to search see if gm did them on any 5 lugs. I can hope.
You said you spoke with em' how were they. What was pricing if you dont mind me asking? I drool all over their lincolns wanna do a caddy with their stuff. Always wanted to do a car up like they had i love my land yacht.

Re: Post you patina trucks!!!!!! Real or fake post your weathered beauties!

I had to play a bit of phone tag to get in touch with them but once I did they were very helpful and their prices are great for what they build in my opinion. Several guys on here are running their wheels! As far as what I was looking for it wasn't possible as they didn't have the tooling for them. You should give them a call, you'll have better luck with them then trying to find GM transport wheels in a 5 lug! lol

Yeah will do thanks. I really never thought about doing that up plus i only want like a 18 max. Out of curiosity to fit a 22" u you use a spacer or any other mods? Sorry to get on tangent.

Rusbuilt 12-12-2013 01:02 AM

Re: Post you patina trucks!!!!!! Real or fake post your weathered beauties!

I only had to run a spacer with these because the center bore on the wheel was smaller than the hubs on the truck. Plus the spacers allowed me to get the exact backspacing I wanted also.
