Re: Tricked-out Chevy six cylinder engines
This thread ALMOST makes me want to go the opposite way and swap from a V8 to an I6. If I had an I6 in mine, I definitely would not swap it out, I've always loved the ones I've owned. Very cool engines in the pics here, please keep 'em coming.

Heres mine, 230...pretty much stock with some split headers and a offy intake and valve cover. Anyone know what breather will fit the Offy valve cover?

http://www.lockintool.com/machinery-for-sale/ And here's their contact info, if they're still in business. http://m.manta.com/c/mm200b7/precisi...e?page=company I sure hope that helps. Let me know what you find out. EDIT ! I called the number for the contact info just out of curiosity and a guy answered the phone ! It was the owner's son working on some of his personal stuff. He said his dad has been talking about retiring for a while and he thought he had sold the molds for the valve covers, but wasn't sure if he had any of them left, so he told me to call back Monday after about 8:30am. Good luck !! -Aaron Posted via Mobile Device |
