found an NOS weatherstrip gasket for the burban and an NOS step for my p/u. not cheap!!!

i mocked up my engine, in order to make sure i have all the correct bolts, still having a problem with the PS pulley. mine doesnt line up cuz i dont have the correct pulley. if i dont find the right one i may just sell the brackets and use the manual steering box...

Don't give up.
With your hunting skills you will find the right pulley.

thks for the encouragement, i have all the right stuff too i.e 4x4 powersteering box from a 76burban so i got the goods, just that darn pulley!!!

it looks like the pulley is on backwards. here`s a pic of one that I had a few years ago. the part number on the pulley is 3906398

took 4hrs to pull the complete underdash stuff, harness and the heater box and brake cylinder. man im beat... ps it looks like a pile,buts its all taken down with reusing in mind no hacking here. i felt like it many times let me tell you to just yank it all...

and whats up with that PS setup? i have a setup, but its not working out cuz that darn pulley not reaching far enough so if i can sale mine i would feel better about spending money on urs if its for sale

do you by chance have the cast iron ac compressor bracket also?, i have a stamped steel aftermarket one but id rather have cast...

There is a place , I think in livonia that dips complete bodies like yours , better than blasting and they also redrip it in a primer after it is stripped..

My guy only wants $1200 for the chassis and all the body parts. He blasted my 65 exp. the frame... And I was very happy. What's the name of that place?

I don't know what your blaster is using but I know that it is easy to warp some of the larger panels.
Some places use walnut shells or some type of soda, less evasive.
Clean is nice, warped not so much.
If he has alot of experience might not be a problem.
Blasting a frame is different than a hood, door etc.
