Stock...Rus and I have already talked about some Dual Exhaust JEGs Muffler (Flowmaster Type) setup...

This is my Agenda for the Car:
Get it Registered: Around $300 - working on that
Oil and Temp Sending Units - cheap
Get new tires and Alignment - Right now looks like about $400
Oil and Temp Sending Units - cheap
POR 15 and wire wheelthe floor boards
Exhaust
Carpet

Thats my Agenda for it but i dont know when it will happen.. I go in for surg wed and i hope to get the title situation fixed first. That is my main agenda

Nice!!! yeah for a car like that I would look at some magnaflows cause there tame, but when you get on it it's loud! depending on which one you get of course.

sounds like a full agenda to me! but i know you'll get it done that's for sure!

No problem, it is a spare from where I swapped from a 3 speed to a automatic.

Did you do a disc brake conversion?

JRANGER 03-04-2013 10:37 PM

Re: Project 78 High Sierra

So it has been an adventurous day! After work I headed to Chucks only to have my hood latch give out. It would not hold down at all!!!!! With no tools on hand I was lucky to have Chucks tow strap in the car and used it to secure the hood for another 20 miles to chucks. Made it there and chuck adjusted my hood mechanism and it works flawlessly now!

After that I took the Stang out for a spin..Holy crap is the throttle sensitive!!! I spun the tires multiple times and never made it out of first driving around the block...Tried once but i missed it...This 3 speed is a little different then what im use too. Also...WTF Power assist steering is weird...Great while driving just dont let off the gas LOL....Gonna take some getting use to but boy does she have some POWER!!!! :)

Found a couple rust holes underneath her...One is the back and one on the drivers side under the seat area but nothing too crazy!!!! Still need to find the loose ground on the passenger side to fix the lights and also the gauge lights kinda go in and out a bit too. So she needs a little TLC.. Wish i wasnt going in for surgery wed. BLAH

So call them and tell them you want everything but the booster! You can do without power brakes, upgrading to the discs themselves will make a huge difference!!
