Ah man, so awesome. I couldn't think of a more deserving truck for the cover. Congrats man. The transporter should be there to pick it up next week. Hehe.

Looks like I am a little late for the show. I guess thats what happens when you let your sub run out and buy off the news stand. Anyway, congratulations bro.

I do have to add from my personal experience that this truck is a true driver. Keiths vision was to build a truck that would roll down the highway just inches off the ground. Thats easy enough if ride quality isn't a concern. I can attest that this truck rides as good as it looks with out bouncing or scraping while looking good.

Your vision has become a reality.

Thinking outside the box,.. and making it happen are normally two different thing.
Congrats on making it happen.

Re: Hazel the older Sister....

I truly appreciate all the kind words from everyone and I'm not going to lie, I've always wanted to be on the cover but I never thought I would get one let alone with a truck with little to no paint. If you haven't read the article I mentioned the forum because of all the people here that have helped me and encouraged me along the way (tight knit community). It also mentioned Keith and Steve, this would be lolife99 and stp67-72 as we know them. They helped me source parts along the way when I needed some hard to find clean stock pieces (they gave me some parts from their personal stashes). This is what the forum means to me, one member helping another and then there's Nathan Porter. If you have ever had any dealings with him then you understand what a stand up type of guy he is. He made some one-off parts for me, worked late more than once to get my stuff out the door and always called to make sure everything worked and that I was happy. I know you have several choices when it comes to suspension parts but it's real hard if not impossible to beat his products or his service. So again, Thanks for the kind words!

My wife's not gonna be happy with you guys. She already gets mad at me for having too many magazines in the bed room. Now I have to buy more.

Keith
I still havent got a copy of the magazine yet , but thanks for the kind words. You and Hazel have made me realize that im not to old to want to bag one of my trucks. Being around Hazel and checking out Ginger and Nacho truck has made me not even want to drive mine until i just do it. You have inspired me to go from a stactic drop all the way to a porterbuilt setup. I do agree with all the help and support that this forum gives back to everyone. I have met alot of nice people. Congrats again on cover.

Hey i drug in some more parts trucks for stash!!!

Well deserved man.....After seeing your truck at GG Kansas and talking with you. It couldn't have happened to better guy. Keep up the good work not only in building cool rides but in being available and willing to help out others.

Thanks

Re: Hazel the older Sister....

Read it all, Love it! Makes me wish my truck was all original body so I could rock some patina but mine looks like a multi colored rodeo clown at the moment. Not so cool. Excellent job on Hazel!

You can tell Classic Trucks that I was going to let my subscription lapse, but I just renewed it for 4 years now that I know my favorite truck is going to be on the cover.
