Hey Glider,
Do have a high hump or low hump cab? Is that a hurst shifter? I like the way that setup looks.

Hey Dano, thanks,
I have a low hump. I originally did buy a Hurst but sent it back , the shifter seemed like it was going to be a bit short and I didn't want to have to lean forward to have to shift, plus it was about $100 bucks more than the one I put in which is from MR. Gasket, I did the install by myself, it wasn't to bad. almost forgot, the Hurst kit didn't even come with shifter boot cover. I would have had to buy that extra.

These old slot mags just scream classic IMO... I love em. When I was a kid (many moons ago), I bought a set of mags for my first car, and they didn't fit. I kept them, thinking one day I might be able to use them. My dad told me to get rid of them, so I hid them under my bed! I got to use them after all when they fit my next car perfectly. Now if I could find a cheap set for my truck...

Got the motor & trans set down in the frame (mock up), had to dimple the #1 primary tube to clear the motor mount bracket. Now I gotta hack up my brand new trans crossmember to work on my Tremec TKO trans :smoke:

Finsihed gutting the cab, getting ready to separate the cab from the frame.
