New to this forum so I thought I would post a pic of my 66 stepside. I just finished building the rack and painting the truck. Hope you like it.

This is my 1965 C10 step side it has been a 6 year project. The motor is a small block and was built by gross racing it put out 430 hp and 406 ft lbs of tork. If you have any comments i would like to hear them thanks

here is my truck but i have the cab braced. i just need a measurement from the rocker panel next to the inner lip up to the top of the drip rail.

The bed was made for a military trailer in 65....guess its period correct... I'm changing the rotors to 6 lugs from CPP. I just swapped in the later steering linkage but need help figuring out where to drill the holes for the Idler arm. Anyone have info?

hey fercho?? not to sound rude but was that truck sanded and never painted or got sunk or something? i mean it doesent look that badly rusted but it has alot of surface rust.

i know !!!! when i got it it have been setting for 10 years so that its why the laminated rust, i just bought it 3 months ago paid only $500 for it, great deal right? yea right, i mounted a 350 engine, alternator, fix electrical system replace all brake system changed the drive shaft center support and know i found out that i need to replace the deferential after this i will finally be able to start working on the outside so far i have invested $ 4000 + 550 more on the deferential that i am going to purchase but no regrets here i am happy with my rusted bucket :truck:

Hey man that its the steering wheel that i want to get for my truck i saw the ring on eBay do you think it will fit the standard steering wheel of my 66 truck?

I'm pretty sure the steering wheels are different, the one I have has a flat spot in the middle for the horn ring, but supposedly it is the same as an impala steering wheel. I'm not sure though!

It's funny. My 65 (I wish I had pics) is the exact same color as this one, even has the same painted smoothie wheels with chrome caps and beauty rings...Same truck, except mine's a fleetside...and in pieces right now...I'll post pics as soon as I have them...
