Hey porterbuilt. Do you (or anyone else) know, or would be able to find out and tell me how far the bottom of the canti arms hang below the rear frame rails? I need to know this measurement to figure out if i can use one on my truck. Info would be greatly appreciated! BTW that truck is sooooooo sick. I drool everytime i see pics of it. :metal:

I like the look of the one that comes with the dropmember kit. Are they sold separately.

I don't have them priced separately from the kit, but can do so.

I can measure that truck this weekend and get you the measurements you need. We also have another truck just like it here at the shop that's laying body and can take images of the measurements.

The truck shown above is my buddies and I'm still working on the entire Porterbuilt install from that build. Those are my wheels that I let him roll around on til we get the truck done.

Later

I lost an 1/8" feed to a gauge... had enough compressor/tank to feed the bag with air every couple of seconds to keep the truck off the ground while I limped home.

Oh, and I changed the oil in the left turn lane once. Well... more like 'drained' the oil. Oops.

Not a prob Dino, acutally all of your rides have been sik so far. I've been to the goodguys costa mesa, and I liked that show. Pleasanton is always a great turn out too.

I'd consider scottsdale, but it's a lil too far for me. I'm jus pissed I had planned on goin to SEMA, had tickets, hotel and everything and my buddies canceled on me....so I can't go now : (

:agree:
That's What I'm saying! KP could start printing money once this thing hits the streets!
I have it on good authority that the KP guys have too much cash already and spend most of their days by the pool chasing babes instead of doing R+D. At least that's what the gal that answers the phone says everytime I call for Clint. I guess the only reason they EVEN went to SEMA is cause they heard Tangerine had a new girl dancin for singles!;)

Anyway I call dib's on the first production piece and you KNOW dibs is legally binding in at least four US states.

Prices have changed... "call for current pricing". I am working on getting another thread together that will have all current pricing and other Dropmember specific information. Too many irons in the fire!:whine:

Depending on which pricing list you're looking at. There have been some small price increases on parts that I am no longer being the "middle man" on. Also, the shipping price has dropped a bit. I just posted that comment to eliminate confusion... easiest to call, PM, or e-mail me for current pricing. I am working on a new thread that is Dropmember specific for pricing and frequently asked tech. questions etc. as soon as it's ready it will be posted and locked so it's a read only. I will then update the thread with necessary price changes (if any) and answers to frequently asked questions.

I have read through this posting a couple times and I do thoroughly enjoy it but I am still curious what became of the HVAC box on the firewall. Was a solution made to make it smaller or was it necessary to keep it removed for tire clearance at full dump?

That bad boy is sweet!! One question. Why 3 batteries? This may be the norm for one of these setups but I haven't really seen it done. Thanks
