48 GMC with the 9' bed. $2500.

https://portland.craigslist.org/clk/...737299021.html

This is a rare find a 1948 GMC 1 ton pickup with a factory 9ft bed. Truck is super solid with good floors little rot in the corners but not bad, it is missing the motor and trans has a pto running out back. It is missing the tailgate but does have a good title. Call with any questions thanks and have a great day.

That's a whole lot off the top. Way too much to be practical if you actually plan to drive it any distances. That and a guy would have to mount the engine under the be to be able to sit low enough to clear the top.

That's probably why he's including a spare roof in the sale!

I bought this last week for $6,000. I put new tires on it, had to replace the gas tank. and worked on the brakes. It is a '54 6100 with dump bed. Has less than 40,000 original miles (it can be documented, it was originally owned by a local school district).

The location "depoe bay" and "some rust" should be a warning.

Facebook rather than Craigslist but if someone in the PNW is looking for a TF big window this might be a candidate https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...02898517217448

I'm thinking that it is a 58 or 59 rather than a 56 though

Yeah, its an “Apache” and it’s “for sell”. Sheesh, what a nitwit. Nevertheless a beautiful truck and probably worth the money.

By the time one gets to that price level you'd better have everything top notch or any imperfections become glaring. Ha ha, flaws that I'd consider horrific on a $63,000 truck, I could completely overlook if the price were, say $12,000.

That Pro touring 54 Apache isn't my style at all but reading through the list I'd say that isn't even close to what is invested in and a guy can swap some presentable wheels on it real easy.

This showed up on my local Craigslist and is probably a place those of you in Kansas already know about

Were you referring to anything specific? It's a beautiful truck but the trimming on the inner fenders looks like my work, LOL.

As long as you have a long enough garage! $5000 BIN for all three units.

This truck is for sale in Palos Verdes Peninsula. For those of you who don't know the area, it is probably the nicest place to live in the Los Angeles area.
The median home value in Palos Verdes Estates is $2,071,700.
The guy probably needs cash to make a couple of house payments.

Price is just enough to cover several months of poop removal at their gated entrance.

Seller claims it was owned by comedian Tim Allen. I also notice in his hangar are other classic cars, including a Cobra.
