Yes they will, at minimum my 71 GM parts book shows the same GM part number for both applications.

My two cents to anyone who wants to try their hand at reproducing parts, I can say for me it was such a rewarding experience, and was never (nor could be) about the profit (I netted about $2/hr lol). I have a couple more ideas for reproduction parts, we’ll see if it happens but right now I’m going to take a break.

i am just checking, hoping, if you will have more of these? I got a NOS Side Mount, Bolt and Lock from LockDoc but it is going to be two short for a Rally Rim/Tire. I guessing these are a bit longer and would work?

Otherwise I'll be on the hunt for some other solution (or just using a smaller tire for a spare).

How long is the bolt you got from LockDoc?
Mine are 6-7/8” measured from below the head, which may be the same.

Not planning on making any more sorry. Just not enough total demand left for these to have a large enough production run that makes the economics work.

Sorry I’m out except for what I have saved for my own Blazer.
I do see my reproductions in circulation but usually being sold with the carriers.

That being said, I do have a few of the Z-bar/lever style wingnuts that were for squarebodies but work really well on 1st gen, and these are 1/2”-13 coarse thread so you can use a common 1/2” carriage bolt. While not restoration correct, they are better in many ways. Let me know if you’re interested.
