Re: My 68 swb build.
K I've got my paint choice picked out and the car show in spring this past saturday helped me make my final decision. Color will be starfire pearl with ghost blue pearl. Interior will be black. Slick knows what car I'm talking about too bad some kid was driving it. I tried to get a pic of the color but didn't work out. It's a beautiful color and I don't think I've seen this on a 68 truck yet.

Re: My 68 swb build.
The white 68 Mustang! That is a sweet color and would look really good on our year trucks. Maybe they got a picture of it on the Niftee 50ees website so you can see the pearl.

Re: My 68 swb build.
I found a hood....way up in Wisconsin...paid for it today and hopefully it'll be here sometime this or next week. Paid 160 for it and 110 for shipping... Was that a bad price for a 67 hood?

Re: My 68 swb build.
That hood on Craigs was gone when I looked for it, hence, no phone call. I can understand Brittany wanting to post it herself, it's a nice truck!!

Re: My 68 swb build.
It's 1:24 am and I just got finished with cleaning and redoing the cosmetics of the column I got from teeitup. Gotta find some bearings replace the turn camber and reassemble. I went black epoxy on the column with an enamel clear. It looks good or at least I think it does. I'll post a pic when I wake up. Time to hit the hay.

Brittany just bought a house.....well having one built..and she wont start on her truck until she is in and settled due to the money flow situation on the purchase of her new house.
BTW....BUMP more pics to come...i cant find the cable for my camera Found it an hour later....plugged into my desktop monitor....right where i left it. i searched everywhere, both laptop bags, my truck, everything. i go to leave to go to brits and voila, there it is, just a hangin....lol |
