Are you using the CPP Perch's? I was looking at the LS10. Do you have any pics?

Dang sorry to hear about the wreck. Is everyone OK? Would've been nice to meet you and show you the truck. Maybe next time.

This build should be called "Fast Forward". I think it took me 2-3 years to get to this point. Nice work Max.

CCP mounts and perches work well and come as a kit. They do create header problems. I tried some BBK headers for a camaro but no luck (pic below) sanderson headers has one (shorty) that looks promising. Talked to Doug Thorley Headers they say they will have one in about 6 weeks?

Just a thought, have you looked at a 99-07 4.8-5.3 long tube truck header? My AEM longtubes look as if they might fit. Check out the coated pacesetters too, inexpensive and decent. Not sure if you dont care if you have longtubes or not but, on these LS motors the longtubes are definately the way to go for the power. Shorties have been proven to be worthless unless its a fitmant issue and you dont have a choice. BTW Very nice work. Keep it up.

Here is a link to some: 6.0 headers

I recommend you checking this thread out:

http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/conver...-stepside.html

It's a similar build and has a lot of good info. A fellow board member Shifty did the majority of work on this truck. I purchased it from him as a project and plan on building it for my son.
