Dare I say it out loud..... But I'm betting the level of investment for a project & the stature of some of the builders/build managers there is significantly higher vs. here. I get it. I'm somewhat comfortable around both but my bank account says I belong here.

My guy Marc Latrace from Miracle upholstery foamed up my stock seat. Originally I was thinking doing the seat stock looking, but this truck is going to corner, so I have opted for some bolsters to hold me in place.

Doing a final buff and wax on the truck. There are many choices along with Ceramics and Grapheen Ceramics that last a long time. I have been using Mequires 2.0 and am looking at their "Ultimate". What are you useing?

I've heard the ceramics are best left for the professionals to apply. I did some searching on this forum a while back and Klasse All-In-One was highly recommended. I plan to try some when my current Mothers Gold runs out.

I did a little research and think its like anything else. Educate yourself and you can do it. Lots of videos out there on applying ceramics. That being said they are expensive. I have a buddy that had his car done and it looks great. I think the biggest advantage of ceramics is that they last a long time, 2-5 years or more. That is the delema for me. My truck is stored inside and is driven in nice weather. I don't mind buff/polishing once a year to keep it up. Just looking to see if the ceramic is worth the extra cost?

Spent the last week doing buffing and polishing details. Went for an uneventful cruise. Love the paddle shifter. The manual brakes are great not too much effort. The Power steering takes a little more effort than i was expecting, but I like it. Handles like its on rails.

Part of my answer to have some storage.

Looking forward to driving it a lot. Few details left. Not sure if you've noticed but some parts are difficult to purchase right now (covid).

Thank you. It came from the "Titanium" powder coated wheels, then matched the strip, then the leather.
