how do you plan to get rid the bolt holes? Just weld the bolts on the back side and grind the heads off?

I cut the heads off the bolts with the sawzall, and welded them in the bumper from the front and back.

AVS led's came in the mail today.....perfect timing!....too bad I didn't order two of them?...wtf was I thinking?....lol. oh well, I'll have to wait two more weeks till the other one arrives...but I did get a catalog and one of their cool key chains!

I like the lights, loving what your doing with that truck! You have really taken your time and it shows, its great you are doing it yourself to! Now tell me does that key chain do anything cool? Btw I been suffering from the wtf why didn't I order more lately also!

I live in Texas now been here for 8yrs but I am from northern Michigan. My family all still up there. Do you have hella storms rolling thru up there to?

Man that sucks for working in the garage! Hell it was 19° here yesterday when I left for work. My diesel cranked a minute before it fired, she dont like the cold!

..welded and ground, filled in the bottom bumper bolts so I can bolt the brackets up tight.

Nice! Like that air horn setup! I have to hand it to you, your very creative and you do an awesome job putting it into the real deal! You should be very proud of that truck!

more welding!.....I cut the old gas filler door out of the bed floor and patched it up....welded up the rest of the bed floor bolts too...
