Dash looks awesome. All the mounted Accuair, Lokar and vintage air stuff looks really good. What size are the new meats for the front?

oh yeah?...how are they?

On my 99 Z28 vert they are great! They were also great on the 98 mystiq cobra. Had a lot of performance tires with hydroplaneing problems untill we started using these. They wear great and grip when you need them to.

No seats yet I'm guessing? Excited to see the finished interior! What are you doing for a console?

Love the project, but you need to replace the hose from the power steering pump to steering box. The hose you used is only rated to 350 psi, and pump output can exceed 1,000 psi when the box is at full lock. Just a matter of time before it lets go. Better to spend another $100 now on high pressure hose and fittings than cleaning up from a fire!

Russell, Aeroquip and others make the hose and fittings

Ever considered swapping the newer style front end on it?

Also whats your plans for paint. Gonna keep the flat black look?

I don't blame you. I am purpose building my truck. Ls swap and all and clean up frame and everything but I'm not painting it or making it too pretty to look at on the outside until I have another truck that I can drive and not worry about it getting messed up or scratched up. If I paint the 87 now it would just be cheap single stage paint.
