Purchased my 1971 Chevrolet c30 form my Bosss three years ago after he had it sitting for 7 years. I finally convinced him into selling it to me. When I purchased it, I had to tow it to my home. The work I have done - I cleaned out the gas tank - put in a brand new carburetor - replaced the fuel pump This truck is a longhorn and it’s 6” longer than a long bed. The truck in the pictures has two set of rims on it. I have the full set of the tiers in the back, I may have the full set of the ones in the front but I would have to look for them. My boss put in a out of the crate Motor, and it sounds great. It was a project that I wanted to do but time has passed, and I haven’t been able to do it. If you are interested in the truck please call me to set up a time for you to come and take a look. My phone number is threezerothree-ninezeroone -4497 I am asking $6000.00 OBO. |

For Sale:
First off, the truck is my father-in-law’s. He lives in Arizona half the year, and is not currently in Spokane Valley. He asked me to sell it for him, so I will do my best to get as much information as I can. I have a clean clear title in hand. My father-in-law always maintained the pickup and never abused it. He spent a lot of money and time on the truck and loves it, but he just doesn’t get to use now that he splits time between two states. He bought the truck from the original owner and has owned the truck for roughly fifteen years. I will tell you that he is sad to see it go. 1972 C20 Cheyenne Super Camper Deluxe Long Bed 2wd pickup. The Cheyenne Super (also known as Super Cheyenne) trim is the highest trim level for this Chevy pickup (GMC has slightly different options). Cheyenne Super with the Camper Deluxe is a rarer option. PS, PB, A/C. As I stated above, the truck is a two owner, well maintained pickup in decent shape for the age. It has the air cab (air conditioning cab). Truck is a ¾ ton, 8 lug truck. Has 402 Big Block that was professionally rebuilt by Jeff Cassel (very reputable engine builder). Pistons are Speed Pro forged and domed #L2240NF. Motor was balanced and blueprinted, bored .60 over. Also has headers, MSD coil, distributor and 6A box. Stock transmission was replaced with a 700R4 transmission (unknown miles on transmission). Current issues with the truck: I have been going over the truck and talking to my father in law to determine what the truck may need: Has rust in passenger side rocker (truck was a little wet in that picture, but you can see the rust), small dent on cab near rear cab light, power steering belt squealing a bit on motor (which I will try to fix before any sale, but I may not get time). Also, I believe the truck will need an external lockup switch installed for the transmission. The kits only costs about $80-$130 and will give the driver the opportunity to control the torque converter lock-up while driving in town vs on the highway. Kit is an easy install, he just never installed one but is a good upgrade when running a 700r4 without a computer. Transmission will work without the lockup switch, but works much better with. Please feel free to ask any questions and if I can’t answer them, I will try to find out. Clean clear title in hand. Feel free to call or text at 509-nine53-8zero93 or feel free to email through craigslist if it is too late in the night. $6200 OBO. Trades possible https://spokane.craigslist.org/cto/d...672100842.html |

https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto...681810342.html doors have been un molested. It even has the original glass with etched identification on it. It has a solid body with no cancer just a few spots of light surface rust. It was originally a small block 350 with a TH350 automatic transmission. That is how I purchased it about 4 years ago. It is a factory AC truck with functioning air conditioning. I built this as a reliable daily driver that I use for work and to tow my boat. Some of the work I have done is listed below.
2.5" spindle drop in front / 4" custom 3/4 ton drop springs in back 4 wheel disc brakes new 4 row copper radiator tow hitch GEN IV Big Block bored .030 over with mild cam MSD electronic ignition and Billet distributor MSD Atomic fuel injection gear reduction starter full length headers 700r4 transmission air overload springs in rear power windows power door locks sound system (original radio still works) 20" Detroit Diesel wheels High output headlights This truck drives very smooth and straight.Power steering and power brakes. Lowered but doesn't bottom out. Can still haul a full load in back or tow something without it being overloaded. Has lots of power and torque from the Big Block but still has a smooth idle. Doesn't overheat. The rear end is the original Eaton full floating axle with 4:10 gears in it. With the tire/rear end/ transmission set up it does 80 mph at 2500 rpms. It originally did 60 mph at 3000 rpm. It cruises down the 880 at 75 in the fast lane all day long. Interested? Call Erwin show contact info |
