Feel free to make offers, I want this stuff gone! *6-7-2005 update* I am now parting out this truck, pm with your needs. 1990 K1500 4x4 xcab Silverado (See pics below) 5.7 TBI/4L60 104k original miles 3.42 gears $1500 Has marked, but clear tranferable title. Red cloth split bench seat in nice condition, as well as matching rear. I bought this truck from the original owner and used it for a daily driver until October 13,2004 when an elderly gent pulled out in front of my wife while she was going 65mph down the highway. Luckily no serious injuries, just my truck. Basically, almost every peice of sheetmetal on the truck is damaged. The drivers door, drivers fender and tailgate are really the only good pieces left. The right front suspension is pushed back. The radiator barely contacted the rad. fan, but no accessories were damaged, just the radiator. It still runs fine. I am removing the dual exhaust and rear quarter windows. The rest goes, in little bitty pieces if I have to! Thanks, Chris http://pages.prodigy.net/cthallst/1990k1500crash/01.jpg http://pages.prodigy.net/cthallst/1990k1500crash/03.jpg http://pages.prodigy.net/cthallst/1990k1500crash/05.jpg http://pages.prodigy.net/cthallst/1990k1500crash/06.jpg http://pages.prodigy.net/cthallst/1990k1500crash/07.jpg http://pages.prodigy.net/cthallst/1990k1500crash/08.jpg http://pages.prodigy.net/cthallst/1990k1500crash/10.jpg |
I've got a few of those "is this available" questions!
But for the time being, what kinda shape is the left bedside in? Couldn't see it in any of the pics. The right bedside looks like it would be an easy fix? I'd give ya $15 shipped for that left outside door handle though! (if it's in good shape) |
The left bedside had previous damage from the first owner, and some rust. The right bedside just got a scape dent near the tail light, tweaked enough to make the tailgate not fit so well. The floor is real nice, it had a bedliner in since day 1. I was actually looking for another box to replace this one, as the rest of the truck was in very nice condition. I would sell the box outright if that interests you.
If you look at the last picture, you will see a hole in the side of the van back near the gas fill. That is where the van spun around and hit the back bumper/tail light area of the truck after getting hit on the left front corner. If I get down to parting the truck, I will keep you in mind on the door handle. Thanks, Chris |
Hows the drivers mirror? Is there any type of marks? E or M? Shipping 52732 Thanks interested if in great shape and M.

Sorry, but my trusty sawzall made several small pieces out of that y pipe! It had a crush spot in it from the accident, so I didn't feel to bad about tossing it in the scrap pile. Hope you find one, maybe this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CHEVY...spagenameZWDVW |
Re: 1990 K1500 xcab complete parts truck
you know what , I'm so cheap$$ on exhaust stuff that I would even take the flared ends and rings and splice them into both sides of mine. I know yours is prolly gone but i just thought i would throw that in. I don't mind welding exhaust. I've even made my own complete 3" systems before out of pieces, mainly because a local shop wanted $600 to do one though. thanx for the heads up on ebay. i did some searches, but not by "PIPE' only :-) .
the shipping is big deal these days. Autozone said $65 now so if someone doesn't answer my other ad ASAP thats prolly what I will do.I have to work the next three nights so I havae few days to deal with. This is a secondary truck that i want to use to haul more Junk outta here.wouldn't want to scratch the new truck.sad aint it ;-(. thanx again , DAVE |
