73-80 Two tone pics
 

Anyone have any pics of the 73-80 bodystyle in two tone? I would like to see them if you do.

a couple not so good pics but they are what you are looking for. Kind of hard to see the airbrushed chrome trim.....

Oh man, you gotta tell me more about that truck buddy lee. Is it a '79 or '80? I plan on going a burgandy/cream two tone on my '79 whenever that time comes and that looks pretty close to what I've been seein in my head.

this truck started life as a 78 chevy that was sliver and marroon know it has a 89 burb frt clip and a 82 up newer bed

bigblock73.. is there any way i could see the ones you can't post on here? I'm looking for a paint scheme for my 80 stepside.. looking into combos of white, blue, orange, green, any combo of those..

I have yet to see a 73-87 two-tone stepside I like. I've been looking for a while.

Yeah I know two of these are 81-87 but they are two-tones...

The 73-87 factory two-tones are some of the sharpest looking trucks made. Somehow I wiped out my whole 73-87 GM truck pictures not long ago :(,so I'm back to gathering.

Kinda cool how different this truck looks without the top of the cab "cap" being painted the same as the srtipe as most two-tones are painted...

It seems like every one I've come across with the cab cap painted the same as the stripe is a higher package truck with the trim to separate. My survivor, "Frank", is a very low option Scottsdale with no cab trim, so all one color. I never noticed it until some years ago when I pulled up next to a same colored pickup with a higher option package, and it had the cab cap painted stripe color.

And you can forget about the 1980 Pace Truck 2-tone. Also here is the adapted Pace Truck 2 tone done on an 81-91 with a double cowl hood, mine. The body guy and I could figure out how to put the bird on the cowl hood and make it look right... :lol: Also we left off the lower stripe because of getting it to work around the wrecker bed
