Re: 69/72 Restoration/Rebuild (we ain't scared)
Not the best, but also not the worst I've seen. Everything can be corrected. Just cost money, what's you plan for redo., original, or modified or something in between? Good luck and keep us posted......Jim

Re: 69/72 Restoration/Rebuild (we ain't scared)
that harmonic balancer needs to go wont hold up ,flex fan toss that in the can too, just my 2 cents
|
Re: 69/72 Restoration/Rebuild (we ain't scared)
Why you say that??
|
Re: 69/72 Restoration/Rebuild (we ain't scared)
Looks like a fun project :chevy:
|
Re: 69/72 Restoration/Rebuild (we ain't scared)
Fast Willie is right IMO. I would go with an SFI approved Harmonic Balancer and an Electric Fan, If performance is your goal. Ditching the flex fan will free up a few extra HP as well.

The last one I had come apart on my 74 nova almost came all the way through the hood and scared the crap outta me... E fans are the way to go..
