Tilt mechanism works fine, turn signal assembly is functional, shift pin hole is worn, wiring has been spliced.

I'd agree. It was packed well but must have taken a good hit. Really, it's not a big deal. Bout a quarter sized dent in that housing that transitions from the large diameter to the long column. I'll fix it up like new in minutes! Thanks again! Great deal!
