Suburban metal cuts

5 Attachment(s)
This is what is left of two that I parted out. all of the sheet metal is getting ready to go to scrap soon so I can get to the frames for dismantle. There is not much good here but if anyone sees something they need, cuts are $25 each plus shipping. Let me know soon or it will be gone.

Are any of the rear floor supports removed and good? I have an idea....
Also what kind of shape is the end of the floor support in that I circled, and the drivers door are these areas any good?

Pretty sure I have several rear floor supports I will get some pics. I also have the complete metal floor out of the white one, but that gets sold whole. Not cutting it up, way too nice. I am pretty sure the green one in that area is all trash. I may have some doors that are good with the areas you have boxed. Will get pics of them as well. Here are a few pics of the floor section out of the white one. It is $300 plus shipping if any interest

SOLD to Dave

Yea that middle support is about like mine, was hoping I wouldn’t have to make the repair panel. I’ll take some measurements tonight on my rusted rear supports when I get home and see if yours will help. Definitely interested in the door cuts from any doors. Sent you a pm about the other parts

Re: Suburban metal cuts

Richard if you haven’t scrapped them yet, do either of them or even the orange panel have good upper front door jambs like what I bought with the B-pillar? If so I need a drivers side but would like both.

I will have to take a look. I think the white one is rotten but the green one and orange one might be good. Will get pics this morning

Unless the orange one has a good drivers side I doubt it. The white one is good on both sides but as previously mentioned I am not cutting that floor up. I will sell it whole or keep for future project since it is in such good shape

I understand that fully, no way I’d cut it either without commutes buyers to justify it. On the upper jams as long as possible, so A-pillar corner to B-pillar corner so I can trim myself. As always thanks Richard

The green one has already been cut out and shipped.

Attachment 1947271

The white one is beyond repair with rust.

Attachment 1947272

The orange one looks pretty decent though.

Attachment 1947273

How soon are you needing it? It will be a little bit before I can get it cut out. I need to finish the dismantle of the front interior before I open it up to the weather any further

This is how far I would want it, don’t need any roof so however you cut that I don’t care. But I do need the inside edge to stay good when you make the vertical cut

Josh
Gonna try to get the door opening cut tomorrow morning if rain holds off. Also while looking for something else this morning I found this floor from one of the 1st ones I cut up. I thought it was long gone. The driver side looks real nice but the passenger side needs some work on the face area. You interested in it? I could cut the entire brace off of the floor $40 plus shipping and could bundle the upper door opening in with it to save on shipping. Door cut is $25 plus shipping.

You sir have my attention I’m gonna mark those pictures where you can just cut it because I’m not pulling mine completely off and it’ll make packaging/shipping easier. And that driver side will work great as I can use it to make a passenger side template also. Would like to get the floor braces also since they’re right there and who knows if I will accidentally mess mine up when fixing my front section.

Basically the outter driver section with the floor support cut where it goes from angled to flat. And both floor/seat braces. If the floor brace isn’t a pain to seperate from the floor support that would make packaging easier on your end. But whatever works for you.

Josh are you wanting these (yellow arrow) as well in full length? They are actually cut somewhere around the front cab mount if i remember correctly

Re: Suburban metal cuts

Since they are already cut. Then I’ll just take this section, just cut the floor brace even with the sheet metal, and the cross support just towards the middle of the floor brace. No need for the passenger side brace since it’s cut

Richard, I am thinking I am need of a section of roof/drip rail above the rear Side large windows. I am needing just above the suburban roof line indentation ....all the way to the window. I’ll let you know how long if you think you have one in decent shape with no scaly/pitted rust. Thanks Trevor

Trevor,
Raining its butt off here today but supposed to let up this afternoon if I saw correctly. I "think" the orange burb has really nice ones and will get better pics so you can mark exactly what you need cut.

Hey Richard....just needing one side. Doesn't matter which one, but need around 40" long that is straight. I am just needing where the roof panel is spot welded in the drip rail to about a 1/2 inch above the body line in the roof. I got a little to anxious cutting the piece out of one of mine.

Trevor I am having a dense moment due to some neck pain today. Let me put these 2 pictures up. Do you need the roof side or the window trim side? or part of both lol
