motor jerks while driving
 

I'm not sure what the problem is. I put a new edelbrock carb on a while back, I noticed it running a little poorly around that time, but the problem is much worse now. It jerks, or pulsates, while driving.

I just changed the spark plugs/wires a while ago, the points yesterday, and will put a new rotor and cap on this week.

what else could it be?
