You will also have to change the input shaft on the NP205 to mate up with the TH350, in addition to getting the proper adapter.

You’ll need the th350 adaptor housing, coupler and the input shaft for the 205. Might be some other things but that’s the first that comes to mind relative to the case itself. The cheapest way to do this might be to try and find a complete trans/case. Even better would be a whole parts truck for the tranny shift linkage, column etc.

Aftermarket does make a coupler that is 27 spline on one end and 10 on the other.

Re: Need a transfer case adapter.

I try and do what the doc says but I would consider a hydraulic clutch upgrade first. Shifting gears is not as bad on the body as manual steering or brakes. I have a bad back and I will quit driving before I stop rowing gears.

The others have led you correctly. You will probably also need the front and rear driveshafts also. I did the swap the other way around with a 203 case. You need the adapter plate, spline coupler, input gear, driveshafts, and a way to shift the transmission. Dont forget that you will need the kickdown parts for the carb linkage. You should be able to lengthen the reverse light wires and hook them up to the auto column if you go that route. Good luck.
