Lug nut Size ?

5 Attachment(s)
A while back I picked up a set of rally wheels off a 4X4. I then purchased caps and conversion lug nuts. After looking at time I believe I have the wrong size lug nuts. I purchased the lug nuts with the 7/8 Hex. These don't appear to fit into my wheels properly...

Should these wheels use the 3/4 Hex or the 7/8 Hex ?

Re: Lug nut Size ?

That’s the same thing I have used in the past.
The hex size on the conversion lug nut is 7/8 or 22mm.
I had no issue with the taper of the lug nut.

Re: Lug nut Size ?

Both lug nuts should have a 60 degree taper.

It's basically a standard thread lug nut that has the external thread (Dual Thread) to allow for the screw on lug nut caps of the newer vehicle.
