window rust
 
So I have a qyeztion to ask. I have some rust on tve lower windo drip molding/ cowl area. I k know that the don't have panels for the area... any advice on what to do... I xan post pics later or look on my build thread... I was going to try and fab one up I have a buddy who is one of the best metal men in denver... but wanting some gelp

Remove the inner cowl (the piece that your wipers bolt into) and repair with metal. I don't have any pics of that exact area, but this is one of mine looking from inside the cab, with dash removed.

Did you gave to cut tge cowl off or us it rivited on like a lot of the other parts on the
trucks

It's spot welded, either use a 5/16" drill or a spot weld cutter. Here is a pic of the new inner cowl welded on, you can see where it's spot welded on (actually more like a plug weld since I don't have a spot welder).
