Speedometer Correction 205

Hey, I have a NP 205 transfer case and I am about to go up in tire size to a 33 inch. I was just wondering what would be the easiest way to correct my speedometer. Post a link or leave a response, Thanks

I don't think you can change the speedometer gears in the transfer case like you can in a transmission. I've used ratio adapters like these.http://www.transmissioncenter.net/sp...atio%20adapter

x2 on the adapter.

Just figure out your actual speed (using a GPS or one of those radar signs) and compare it to your indicated speed.

Buy an adapter of the appropriate ratio, plug it in and you're good to go.
