Just purchased this 2003 Suburban 2500 for a donor so my tired old oil drinking, smoke puking 350 can be rebuilt for another day. WES

Nice looking suburban , what's wrong with it ? Salvage title ?

Nothing really wrong with the Suburban. It was in a little fender bender on the left front side and I think it did something to the front suspension to make the steering wheel off center. It does have 212000 miles but runs great. I just got it cheap enough to use the motor and transmission for my shorty. WES

Nice!! Those 00s trucks run forever. My 01 suburban 2500 w/8.1 and 4l85 has 240 on it. All original drive train never been gone thru before. I don’t hesitate to take any where. I’m in to see this one come together as I’m going to be doing the 6.0 swap into my K20 next year.

Yea that's why I ask . And they're getting cheaper by the day and I like that body style . I'm in the market for a nice Tahoe for a daily driver . Well weekend daily , my chevy express is my daily . |

That li'l shorty will be purrin' right along with that 6.0. I like the saving tired old 350 for a rebuild thing. That's what I do. Save those 67-72 suffix#s, if nothing else. But these engines are good builders, not junk for sure.

What's your plan for the t-case? Six bolt round np205?

Re: My short bed Chevy 4X4 is getting a new heart..
I am going to use the 4l80E and go to advanced adapters to get an adapter for the NP205. WES
