Sidewinder Winch, comes with controls and skid plate. Came with a blazer I bought but I don’t plan on using it. Not sure if it works but if you can tell me how to test it I will. $1250 plus shipping and fees. It is quite heavy but we can try to make shipping arrangements.

I sold one about 6 months ago and wrapped it in several layers of cardboard when i shipped it. I shipped it from Washington State (seattle Ish) to New York and the cost was roughly 125 dollars. That was insured to 300 dollars though not 1250.

Let me know what you have to trade. Looking for rust free doors, fenders, Tailgate for a 72 blazer. Any NOS parts? I never seen one of these sold so wasn’t sure where to price it.

I'd trade a set of rust free 69-72 front fenders for it

I’ll think on that, do you have anything else you could sweeten the pot with. Maybe a couple rust free doors also?

No, a buddy recently paid $500 for a beautiful low-use Hickey Winch in cleaner shape than yours and these fenders are worth about that much so I personally don't think a winch will bring over $500 in trade or cash value but lets see what other better offers you get and you can always circle back to me if no one else thinks its worth more either

Ok thanks for the reply, I think For that kind of trade I’ll just keep it and use it on a future project. Had a buddy tell me it was worth over $1000 so thought I would give it a whirl. If I decide different I’ll let you know. Thanks

Hey Joe, thanks for the reply, unfortunately a GMC tailgate doesn’t do me much good. If it was Chevrolet we could maybe make something work.

Need to find and buy a set of originals or a copy of the original bracketry to mount a Hickey winch to a 69-72 truck or Blazer. Seems someone would have to have that

to be honest i'm not sure, it came with my 72 blazer when i bought it, i'm guessing that it would work for it. I think you would still have to fab a couple pieces of angle iron to go from frame rail to frame rail and then mount the skid plate to that. If you search the forum there are some posts about it.

This is the mount for a 73+. I'm not sure about 72 but I think you maybe missing a frame mount section.
