If your GMC has a hydraulic clutch with the brake/clutch master combo, then it isn't a '63, it would be a '60-'62. If you need a power brake booster bracket for the '60-'62, I am still in the design stage on that one. If you are interested let me know and I'll see if I can get one done.

I'll send you a PM on this.

I am looking at an aftermarket master but would like to retain the hydro clutch. I am sure I have a 63, but it most def has a hydr clutch and brake master sharing the same cylinder. Has the bracket been made for this setup? I read the entire thread, but I may have missed the answer.

Yes the '60-'62 Chevy and '60-'63 GMC booster bracket with the hydraulic clutch has been done for a few years. The for sale thread is here:

There are links to most of my for sale threads in my sig line. Just click on the word HERE in blue.

Re: Power Brake Booster Adapter Bracket

Hello Captain Fab, My name is Mark, I have a 1965 Suburban factory 4x4. It has the 292 engine. Currently changed out Dana 44 front closed knuckle and the rear 12 bolt to 1 ton axles from a 78 k30. I will be doing an engine swap to V8, and I am converting to power brakes. The 1 ton front Dana 60 is disk of course and I purchased a new power brake booster/master with proportioning valve from CPP designated for my 65 Burb. So, I need a booster bracket in blk powder coat please. Thx Captain Fab. Mark ,Tucson Az.

Re: Power Brake Booster Adapter Bracket

That master cylinder might be too small for your K30 calipers and wheel cylinders. The hydroboost and master cylinder from the '78 K30 would have worked nicely. I'll send you a PM.

Right now all I have is one in satin black powder coat. I will have more in bare steel next week.

Hi captainfab I'm in need of one of you booster mounting brackets! I bought a booster and master cylinder from summit racing to mount on my 66 c10! The mounting bolts are 3 1/2 inches apart. Will your bracket work? If so I need one shipped! Thanks

Capt'n, I'm up for a powder coated adapter for my '65 if/when one is available. Please pm me when they're in stock. Thanks.

Re: Power Brake Booster Adapter Bracket

The booster mounting holes in my booster brackets are 3-3/8" x 3-1/2" center to center. To use that aftermarket booster you will have to elongate the holes slightly. Let me know if you are good with that.
