Fenders
 

How interchangeable are the fenders between the '73 to '80 trucks and the '81 to '91 trucks are the fenders? I'm going to be keeping the grille assembly and the hood on my '75 K20. I've thought about putting on the fenders from the '81 to '91 trucks onto my truck and using the fender lights also, but keeping the rest of my front end the same '75.

wont work ...can't use the 75 hood on 81 and later fenders...starting in 81 the fenders and hood have a sloping radius to them....pre 81 is a lot more of a flat hood...and there's some difference in fenders between pre 81 and after 81where the fender hits the windshield pillar
