El Camino help for Grandma, Cruise control
3 Attachment(s)
I know, I know, but it’s not mine! I’m trying to help my Grandma here! ;) My brother is set to inherit our Grandpa’s El Camino (no idea what year) and the Cruise control lever is busted on it. She’d like to get it replaced before passing it on to him. My Grandpa was notorious for randomly parting things together so this lever could come from anything. Seeing if anyone here knows what it’s from and where I could get a replacement, even if it kinda spendy.

Looks like an early square body cruise control lever.

I bet thats a van tilt column, so i would lay money on that being a van cruise control lever

Yes, that sure does look like a van or motorhome tilt, and that's the switch for those.
Get a pic of the plug-in end of that switch. You will have to disassemble the top of the column to replace the switch. May as well replace the turn signal switch, indicator bulb, and pointer while you have it apart. |
