Pontiac 400 in a 72 C10

Does anyone have any pics of the motor mount set up for this swap? I was told to use the later 73-87 c-10 motor mount frame towers and to use a 73-77 pontiac lemans or grand prix motor mount. I have a nice 71 Pontiac 400 i would like to use to replace the tired Chevy 350 in my truck now, any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated and of course pics are always great too, thnx.

A buddy of mine used to have a '71 Poncho 400 stuffed into the engine bay of his Squarebody '76 C/10 Stepside. He relocated his oil filter[s] to the passengerside fenderskirt. He did that for 2 reasons -- convenience of changing filters, and also extra oil cooling in the longer oil lines coming from under the block. [This is in Tucson, and Summer temps get extreme.]
About the motor mounts, he said to keep the Pontiac mounts on, only to replace the rubber mount parts. Since he already had a 73/87 his motor frame mounts worked.[''Within an inch'']
He had to relocate the trans X-member. He went from a 3-on-the-tree Saginaw manual to a TH 400 automatic. He added the x-member from the donor Pontiac.
He liked it a lot.
That was nearly 30 years ago, and not my truck, so no pix. He drives a Dodge van now.

One of my buddies had a 69 Blazer with a 421 SD from a 65 Catalina swapped into it. Two rare birds merged. Don't recall the way he mounted it, but the Poncho was a good fit in the K5.
