I have this. Not sure if it will work. Has tall front legs that could be modified. Has two spots for brackets the rear (don’t have brackets)

Blazer front legs won’t mount to that frame and rear legs mount locations are to far in

Motor city k5 has repop rear seats available, you would need to find foam and covers,I found a square body rear seat and used the foam out of it and recovered.
