will it fit?

My dad has a '68 K20 hes restoring. And when he bought it came with 16x10 wheels.

We were wondering what size tire would be able to fit there? i was thinking a 33x12.50 or 305/70

Depends on several things. Width of rims, offset. Wider will be more likley to rub.

I had 31/12.5s on 10" wide rims w/ stock suspension on my 70 GMC and the tires would rub while turning.

what kind of 31 x 12.50s? i have a set of 33 x 12.50s that acually measure out to 31". they look really sweet on my K1500, mounted on old school 15 x 8 K10 wheels.
