Help Identify Frame?

I come from the other land of the 60s lol. These two things are in the woods in the back of my 10 acres. Grandpas stuff. I am not sure what they are if they are worth anything or what. I think i remember him saying the rear was a 2 ton? The leaf springs weigh alot..
