I guess these are the same as the paddle valves but just a toggle switch lever instead?

DLOE65 07-07-2012 03:52 PM

Re: Manual Air Ride Valves!

They are similar to the paddle valves in speed, maybe slightly faster because of the internal port sizes. They are very durable and made of nickel-plated brass instead of plastic. they also have threaded ports so you can use quality fitting on the fill, supply and dump ports. The action on these valves is very smooth and sturdy unlike the paddles.

Fittings are separate, $5 dollars each for the nice nickel-plates ones, each valve uses two fittings.

Any chance you could upload a video showing the speed these things fill and dump?

Is there any way to get them to dump outside the truck rather than in the cab?

Yes, the exhaust port is 1/8" npt so just put a fitting in and you can run a 1/4" line out of the truck.

Re: Manual Air Ride Valves!

how would I hook these up for front, back and pancake...Im like these over a 3 switch box

Re: Manual Air Ride Valves!

dloe..have you figured a way to do your 2 gauge/4 switch plate and have them dump outside the cab with one line (4 in one fitting) I know you were looking for a new 4 in one at one point...not sure if the exhaust fittings will work with the plate you have or not though...

Re: Manual Air Ride Valves!

still need the 4-1 fitting you mentioned...can't locate one and can't get these to work w/out a ton of other fittings or a valve block otherwise.

Hi DlOE,

Your valves look exactly like what I need. I want to order 4 of them with fittings. I sent an email to the address on your website but didn't hear back yet. How do I place an order? Thanks!

Re: Manual Air Ride Valves!

I plan on running these valves w/ a porterbuilt stage 1 front and stage 2 rear kit. However, in terms of compressor, tank, what size line, fittings, etc I do not exactly know everything I need. If somebody could list ALL the parts needed, even the individual fittings I would really really appreciate. Thank You!

Re: Manual Air Ride Valves!

Any way you could pair these with a couple gauges and sell me a complete set of 4 valves and two gauges plumbed together?
Thanks

Does it matter which hole on the side you use for inlet outlet as along as they all mount the same?

Re: Manual Air Ride Valves!

Doesn't matter, long as they are all routed the same.

hey dloe65. i am planning my air ride out and if i go manual i want to use your valves. probably get it all from you, valves, gauge mount, fittings and so on.

i have a couple questions. i see you have a screw in muffler. can an air line be ut in there and the exhaust ran outside the cab?

also, do you have a fitting to run one supply per pair of switches so i dont need to run 4 supplies in and 4 out to the bags?

last, can you get me a quote for everything i need plus shipping to 28027? we can discuss in PM if you would prefer.

how easy is it to operate so you get a smooth motion from both sides of the front/rear at once? I like how you have these mounted but not never having operated air ride before, not sure is what I am wanting is possible. basically i dont want to have to lower/raise each corner individually if i can avoid it. so if these valves are as smooth as i am thinking they will be, operating 2 valves at once should be pretty smooth.

Does Dloe make these? can these be purchased anywhere else? not trying to build/sell my own. just out of curiosity
