Black Bart '63' Chevy Panel truck

Hello members! Good to be here! This is my 5th Chevy truck, 2nd '63'. Black Bart hails from N.C., has a tilt/telescopic steering wheel out of a '66' Cadillac hearse, 350 cammed up, factory custom trim package, Edelbrock carb, headers. Me, I'm a swaggerin' dog! I'll try to load pics here, also the custom portable wet bar I built in '82'.:chevy:

Re: Black Bart '63' Chevy Panel truck
Here’s some pics of Black Barts glove box I made using original cardboard as a template, waaayyy back in the 80’s for the Orange Krate, my first panel truck. The Orange Krate was in a field, sunk in the ground up to the bottom of the rims, I had driven past it for years, one day after my 62 suburban died I bought it from the electrician for $600.00. We put a battery in, and the ole straight 6 started right up! I drove it home! :chevy:

More pics of grill support: The BUMPERS will be FLIPPED upside, down! I’ve seen this done in the past, but not on 60-66 series c-10’s. It will involve cutting, welding, also going to smooth by getting rid of bumper bolts. When grill support, and bumper are cleaned up will mock up again.

Finally got some Tamco black epoxy for foundation. The grill support, front bumper, and bumper brackets will be first parts to be sprayed hopefully this year. Life is just an unrelenting *****. My son had the second brain tumor of his life cut out of his head in july, it went so much better than the first surgery, he was 11 years old then. I was praying for him and my Lord said “ You don’t have a lot (wealthwise) but you’ll have your son! Thank You, Jesus!
