What Bench seat fits in a 57 Chevy
Hello everyone. I have previously been a member of this site as a 67-72 Chev restorer. I took a break from trucks and then 3 days ago I decided to jump back in with what I consider to be my dream restoration and hardest project to date. I have a 57 chevy short stepside and will need alot of help.
My first question is what do you guys use for non-stock bench seats that would fit into a 47 - 59 style cab? I was thinking possibly a 88-98 bench or maybe an S10 or Dakota bench. I would love to see pics of what you guys use. Thank you!!! |

I'm not sure about the bench seats but I do know late model Tahoe full power seats fit and work perfectly with a Richmond 6 speed installed. [1957 GMC]

I need a bench seat as my family likes to cruise with me when I complete a project so thanks but that does not do anything for me.

I used a seat out of a '93 Chevy truck, and it fits perfectly. Excellent fit from edge to edge, front to back, and you can use the stock '93 brackets. You'll have to just drill 4 holes and you're done. Comfortable, too.
