Just a bracket welded to the roll bar.

Hope these help. I mounted the end of the belts using the factory seat belt holes, and mounted the retract units right to the roll bar. I can't recall the manufacturer's name, but I do recall they weren't cheap. They are a quality item so they were well worth the price.
