i am curious on what rims will fit 1 ton running gear ive got 16.5s but there not the best to drop tire presure due to popping the bead. but dose any one know the smallest rim i can run?

you can run 15's if you grind your calipers up front and get the proper offset, otherwise you can go with 16's without any modifications

I run 15's with alot of grinding to the front calipers. 16's are direct fit and can be aired down nicely.

Depends on the backspace of the wheels. I know guys running customs with 2" backspace that didn't grind at all and others running standard 4" backspace that ground a bunch.

Yep same here just depends on how much work you want to do to make them fit on there.

17" rims give you a lot of tire choices.
