Sorry no trades or parting out. I could just use the cash. We are getting ready to build a house and are expecting our 2nd child. Thanks.

TTT

I hope no one minds me bringing this back to the top but I really need to sell this now. We have sold our house and we are going to have to rent some where to live for 6-12 months and I do not have anywhere to put this truck.
We have to be out of our current house by Feb. 1st. If I can not find a buyer for the truck I will have to pay to put it in a storage building.

I have over $12k invested (mostly parts) but I will let it go for $7000.

If anyone is interested please let me know. I will try to check the forum but I do not have much time to access the internet. I can be reached by phone 812-738-7184. Thanks. Dan

PS For previous post the gas tank was purchased from ECE.

I am soooooo glad you are not closer!!! That's one heck of a deal.....someone needs to jump on this.

It really is a good deal and I hate to let it go. Unfortunately it was very poor timing to build this truck. With our house being sold and another child on the way I just do not have the time, facility or money to finish.
Thanks Hart Rod

I just don't want to mess with trying to part it out. If I can't sell it on here it will just have to be put in storage for a year or so. Thanks.

Its been 6 months - you should have been working on putting this thing together. You could have been getting close. Heck, that killer71 project was done start to finish and stolen stolen within 2 months.

I agree on parting it out. I see A LOT of parts I'd take off your hands.

Interested. Please PM me a zip code so I can get an idea of how far you are from me. A name of city so I can look you up on map. Also when would be a good time to call the number listed above? Thanks.

I wish I had time to work on it. Between work, church projects, a two year old and pregnant wife I just have to many irons in the fire.

Ron 586 PM sent with zip.

Got the PM thanks for the quick response. Will be in touch. You are only 276 miles away by mapquest so that won't be any problem. Thanks again.

Is it just irony or sheer bad luck that I need a new floor for my cab, and your cab has no damn floor!?!?!

Sounds like a lot of interest for parting it out. It could be beneficial to give it a go. Just my 2cents.

I am interested in the shortbed "bed" only if it is still available?

Let me know if you are interested. I live in Indianpolis and don't mind the drive down to pick it up .

Thanks,

Adam

I called and talked to Chevy Fan 24 and found him to be a pleasant young man that has made the same mistake as hundreds of others and got in over his head. I'm not talking about money wise I'm talking about time and priorities. Now to find the best way out. He has had his price hammered and I don't blame him at not wanting to take a loss. On the other side the longer he waits the more he is probably going to lose. I made him a offer and told him that I wouldn't be mad at him if he didn't take it if he wouldn't be mad at me for making it. The offer still stands and I'm ready to go if and when. I still hope he can find a way to keep and complete the truck. That's where it is with me.
