Re: 67 E-brake removal
Hello,
these pictures should help: where the cable goes thru the frame http://wkinsler.com/truck/work/p2181168.jpg cable clip on the frame in wheel well http://wkinsler.com/truck/work/p2181167.jpg backing off the equalizer nut http://wkinsler.com/truck/work/p2181158.jpg cable where it attaches to hand lever http://wkinsler.com/truck/work/p2181164.jpg new cable where it goes thru frame http://wkinsler.com/truck/work/p2181162.jpg I thought I had some of the new cable after installation, but I don't. The easiest way to remove the old cable at the frame is to break off the little spring fingers. Hope that helps! |

How do you hold down all those clips at the same time to get it out of the hole in the frame?

Re: 67 E-brake removal
Use a small hose clamp to compress the fingers when removing . :chevy:
