700r4 Lockup

Hey guys, I need a picture or description of where the wiring goes for the lockup converter. I think I'm gonna just order the BTO kit for the wiring. Thanks guys, Justin

BTO has instructions with their kit. It's what I used.

Okay, so now that I'm looking at that kit, do I really need the complete relay style kit if my transmission already had the connection for the lockup wiring? Or do I just need the brake light switch one? I think it probably already has the pressure switch because it was already wired, correct? Thanks, Justin

there are many different wiring harnesses in 700s depending on the year but all you should need is to apply power to the plug.

I personally like the TCI kit.

It costs $75 at summit, takes about 15 minutes to install (not including pan removal and re-installation).

I personally like the fact that it allows you to add switches to turn off lockup for towing, and lock it up in any gear. :metal:
