This came with the cloth seat, but it has been recovered at some point.

I picked this '72 up a few weeks ago, all original paint, no rust at all, 91k miles. And bone stock

Joe, how do you find so many original gems??? I'm just a few hours north of you and all our trucks disintegrate with rust...

Here's my '72 custom deluxe before restoration, and a current progress pics

Joe,
Does this truck have all the service records? Usually something this nice and old has meticulous records

I buy most of my trucks from out of state, this one is from Tulsa Oklahoma

Nice truck Joe!

Yes, it was. I sold it a few years ago when I bought my '67 GTO.

I've had a whole bunch of these trucks, and it's the only one I've ever had. I have the window sticker, owner's manual, warranty booklet with Protect-O-Plate, an emissions manual explaining how the PCV and smog equipment works, all in the original GM plastic envelope.

I believe this is my original window sticker, still has the tape on it. Neat to see what the options cost in '72

This collection of documents came home from the dealership in 1971,, owners manual(with envelope), Protecto plate paperwork, bill of sale ($3150 outright), vehicle inspection checklist, and key pouch. Evidently the original owner was a rebel, he didn’t dispose of the “key plugs”. Rallies, exhaust etc prevent posting whole pics of truck to preserve the thread.

Re: I like STOCK trucks

My problem with stock trucks is that they ride, handle, and perform like stock trucks. I like old trucks that are updated with go fast goodies!
