Help -- 72 Cheyenne -- Clip for Tip of The Upper Fender Spear???
 

Yes this is a serious post LOL

On the upper fender molding I believe there is a clip with a long bolt about 1/2" from the point of the spear. (I have attached a pic of the part)

I cannot seem to find any original or reproductions of this part. (Maybe that's why I've also seen so many trucks with a screw thru the very tip of the molding ? )

Can anyone help me find either an original or a vendor that sells the reproduction?

You could just make one, or have a couple made for you. Just a thought.

They are made, as one came with my MAR-K Trim set. I would call them and ask if you can buy the clip separately.

Alternatively, it's just a little triangle of sheet metal with a bolt through it. Might not be too hard to fab something up
